Thoughtful Tuesdays

Are showers magic for anyone else? The very moment I close my eyes under the stream of water my mind seems to go into overdrive. It’s like the water unites with my brain waves and the faucet floweth over. HA! I know, that sound ridiculous, but hey, that’s what came to mind while writing this out. Anyhow, is there real science behind this water element and thought processing?

And how do I best notate or record these thoughts so I may take action on them in the future? Do dry erase markers work on my shower walls? Or will the physical task of notating my thoughts intrude on the actual process itself?

Turns out there is a lot of research out there on this subject. Perhaps I should’ve titled this post “Shower Thought Tuesday” instead? Who knew shower thoughts were a real, named thing?? It’s a relief to know I’m not the only one thinking there’s something more to this than coincidence.

  2. It’s a pity you don’t have a donate button! I’d certainly donate to this excellent blog! I guess for now i’ll settle for book-marking and adding your RSS feed to my Google account. I look forward to brand new updates and will talk about this blog with my Facebook group. Talk soon!

    1. Hi there! Thanks for the read and comment. I’d not considered a donate button, so thank you for that suggestion too! I’ve implemented one on the site now 🙂

  3. Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any helpful hints for beginner blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.

    1. That’s strange, I didn’t realize my blog had such an appetite! lol Sorry about that! Thanks for taking the time to comment again 🙂 I am a beginner in the blog space too, so my only advice at this point is to write, write, write. Try not to focus on perfection just hit launch instead.

  4. There is certainly a lot to know about this issue. I really like all of the points you’ve made.

    1. Yes, indeed! Thanks for reading and for your feedback.

  5. Amazing blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog shine. Please let me know where you got your design. Thank you

The other day, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!

    1. Thanks for sharing! I hope your ipad recovers quickly!

  7. I just added this website to my google reader, great stuff. Can not get enough!
