20-20 Vision for Growth

Yesterday I participated in a virtual workshop entitled “Design your Decade” led by two amazing coaches, Sarah Anassori and Kristina Dopson. It was a wonderful, eye-opening, insightful and inspiring two hours spent with other leaders looking to make continued impact in this world. I walked away with clarity for my vision forward and solid action steps to take on the path.

One major insight that occurred to me — I have had a fire inside me for many years with a clear vision of the impact I desire to make. I’ve just been too busy focusing on other endeavors to act on that fire…until now! Years ago I had the opportunity to work on pro bono projects specializing in humanitarian relief for various at-risk populations. During those projects I felt ultimate fulfillment in the work I was doing and could literally feel the fire within burning bright. Recently I’ve been hard on myself for not having pursued this path earlier, but with recent transitions in business, I’ve now made space to feel the fire again.

So, here’s a cheers to 20-20 vision for 2020 endeavors! And here’s a kudos to myself for making space to feel my fire and taking action on making it a reality. Thanks Sarah and Kristina for helping me to see through my haze! You two are a dream come true and hit me at the ideal moment to fuel the fire within.

If you are interested, please check out their next upcoming workshop on January 9th. You will NOT be disappointed!
