I don’t think leaders are limited to roles where they are leading large groups to victory or teaching vast numbers about innovation. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes, some loud, some quiet. The key is that they’ve found their voice and have ignited the fire within to share that voice with others. Be it small or big, they are leading by way of their heart and therefore the mind follows.
